To use your Samsung Galaxy Note 4 to send and receive e-mails, you need:

  • An e-mail account with an internet service provider.
  • Login information for ingoing and outgoing e-mail servers. Click here for more information.

* Go to the Start screen. * Choose *Apps*.

* If this screen appears, choose the options symbol. Then, choose *Settings*, choose *Manage accounts* and choose the plus symbol.

* Scroll down. * Under *POP3 server*, enter [[sp_email_pop]] * Under *Security type*, choose [[sp_email_sectype]]. * Under *Port*, enter [[sp_email_popport]]

* Scroll down. * Under *Delete email from server*, choose an option. * Choose *Next*.

* The information will be verified. * If an error message is displayed, verify the settings and choose *Next*.

* Scroll down. * If *Require sign-in* is ticked, untick *Require sign-in*. * If *Require sign-in* is unticked, go to the next step.
