Do you need help setting up a Bluetooth connection?

  • To be able to connect to another Bluetooth device, you must make sure that it is ‘visible’.

Have you rebooted the device?

  • Many problems can be solved by simply rebooting the device.
  • Turn your Samsung Galaxy J1 (2016) off, reboot it and check whether the problem has been solved.
