To use your Nokia X3-02 to send and receive e-mails, you need:

  • An e-mail account with an internet service provider.
  • Login information for ingoing and outgoing e-mail servers. Click here for more information.
  • An active internet connection. Click here for instructions.

Now follow the instructions to set up your e-mail.

  • Start screen.
  • Choose Menu.

  • Choose Messaging.

  • Choose Set up e-mail.

  • If this screen appears, choose Other.
  • If this screen does not appear, choose Options, and then Add account.

  • Under Mail address, enter [[sp_email_address]].
  • Under Password, enter [[sp_email_password]].
  • Choose Save password, and check this option.
  • Choose Sign in.

  • Under User name, enter [[sp_email_username]].
  • Under¬†Servertype, choose¬†POP3.
  • Choose Next.

  • Under Server mail in, enter [[sp_email_pop]].
  • Under Port mail in, enter [[sp_email_popport]].
  • Choose Next.

  • Under Outgoing mail server, enter [[sp_email_smtp]].
  • Under Port mail out, enter [[sp_email_smtpport]].
  • Choose Sign in.

  • Choose Exit.
  • Return to the Start screen.

  • Start screen.
  • Switch your Nokia X3-02 off and then on again to activate the settings.
